yes, primer does not let get facts get in the way of him saying whatever he wants. The bolr matter is a matter for the courts or commercial settlement. Asic has no role.
ASIC’s interest in Bolr was whether it led to amp charging fees when the client no longer had an adviser available to them. And the problem was amp charging fees, not advisers, no matter what the abusers of advisers have to say.
