Oh really, its easy to proof AMP has some management mistakes, but to proof you lost the money because of their mistake is much harder and that will not going to be an easy task. In particular in AMP case, I you have to first proof that you are an investor, not a retail share trader.
Once the Royal commission is over, the SP will be back moving up very quickly, and the class action may end up with nothing, eg., if the sp back to $5, I doubt the court will rule that you have lost money on your investment apart from bad timing.
