I disagree and after sitting on side lines I bought my first parcel today....
Seems selling pressure has reduced volumes are low and have found strong support....0.10c divvy coming as well....
Methinks this shall bounce back to more realistic valuations which is around $3.90....
Let’s talk about fundamentals now....scandals, RC etc etc....I don’t think amp is going anywhere as almost all FIs have isssues includes CBA, ANZ, NAB, etc etc....
People still have to invest super, use wealth management, insurance, amp capital which owns shopping centres as well.....don’t forget amp bank which keeps on increasing their share ......
This is 20yr low and bargain great to buy and hold it LT....the great thing is that they are moving in right directions and have capable people sailing ship now.....
To me this is screaming buy.....
