From my brief reading of the class action it may actually be fully or partially against the AMP Super trustees as opposed to AMP itself. What's alleged is that the trustees failed in their duty to members by not pursuing lower cost options for administrative services and higher return options for cash investments. The trustees should be insured against that kind of claim
