amp intentions

Any ideas on the intentions of AMP?They have been building a position for some time and unlikely they will remain a passive investor,I feel.Given their size and large fum,it seems confusing to focus on a minnow but perhaps they are genuinely interested in the assets in the Trust ,now that it is a cleaner version than a couple of years ago.
