if I were you primer, go re-read today's announcement first line and tell us all why you're comfortable with it?

Funny how they can 'acknowledge seriousness' when they can't even describe hornboe's actions for what they're commonly known as i.e., 'sexual harassment'. To label sexual harassment as an "employment complaint" does not reconcile with the word "seriousness" nor the board's claims that it took the sexual harassment seriously. They have been caught out and exposed for harboring a sexual predator who uses his position of power to coerce females into sexual relations. The relic Chair and the rusted CEO have disgraced themselves and must go. If they don't, I'm sure the proxy groups will get the ball rolling for them to go.
Secondly, the so called "external" report by a QC not based in Australia and paid for by AMP, I'm sure is as kosher as the infamous Clayton Utz report lol
