looking at this it is hard to imagine that they would not get the 32% required to vote to wind the fund up. Is it possible there could be a last minute offer by amp to increase the buyback dramatically or do something else to win the activists over? or is it too late for that?

I'm not buying it about them preferring to have amp life on the sidelines (just my opinion). surely they would vote to keep the fund going if they could.

I tried to buy a few at around 82c but was behind the times and missed out. I think it has gone ahead a little too far for me, given the possibility it may take a while to get the funds out of china.
