agree and I also do not think a capital raise is likely or warranted.
The other question will be how they distribute the corporate debt currently within AMP.
PMCo will need to wear some of the existing corp debt, so it will be interesting to see the split of debt. I dare say Shawn is wanting 0 debt on balance sheet, but this will be tough. Also, PMCo will need to bring in $800m for the Office Fund, so debt raising is on the cards already and this won't be too hard as its going toward property.
PMCo will most definitely be raising funds post listing, but not with share issue, they may even be raising pre-capital.
Does anybody know when the $800m will have to be put into Office Fund Accounts?
