NTA is net tangible assets, and is self explanatory. Book value usually refers to an asset or group of assets, at their holding or perhaps depreciated value in a company. It can refer to a liability at its holding value. As well it can refer to an intangible asset at its holding value or as represented in the "books" of acompany. So Net book value will refer to the assets of a company less liabilities at their holding value, and will be different to NTA. I may be retired but I dealt with these terms for 40 years.
