The pricing period for the AMP Share Purchase Plan commences on Monday, 23 June and goes for 15 trading days to 11 July, 2003 (as stated on the reverse of Share Purchase Plan offer). The shares are being allotted on 17 July and can be traded from 18 July, 2003.
Although the maximum amount that shareholders can invest is only $5,000, it is still a long time between investing by the close of the Share Purchase Plan (13th June) and being able to trade the shares on 18th July.
