AMP tried to have this CA reduced to a individual matter and the court told them to go a get trucked and warned them not to distribute too much capital to shareholders until they finalised all of their upcoming legal proceedings.
They should have just settled this and be done with the bad reputation and worked on changing their image. Another bad decision from the powers to be.
