If it proceeds, expecting some kind of joint venture where both Bendigo and AMP can leverage their joint customer bases rather than a purchase of AMP Bank by Bendigo. Would save the $ 600 million required to upgrade AMP's IT (?) Not sure where I got that figure from, must have read it somewhere.
