I hope they don't carry the BB ann into Feb 14, be a bit unscrupulous if they did, however wouldn't be the first.
ex any ann on a acquisition I would say best bet up the BB amount and or pay another decent amount on debt and then re introduce the 8>1 consolidation.
That way price has wild swings both ways
