Perhaps someone can clarify for me. AMP has been paying 4x but will now pay 2.4x (?). Industry average is 1.7x (?) Average age of planners is 57 and new legislative requirements include higher industry qualifications (?). (these figures are based on memory and may not be accurate) Options for planners are take legal action which could be costly and/or long and drawn out (?) or move and eventually accept a lower BOLR payout (?). Excuse my ignorance on this topic.
