Indeed, but that is hardly any great revelation, though, is it?
There would not be a follower of AMP alive and worth his salt who would not expect this outcome. Ditto for the company's directors and management.
The question is, how many of AMP's advisors will be impacted by this, and of those, hoe many actually have a legitimate legal claim? (It will almost certainly be the minority of them).
And then, in the event of any settlement negotiations, who has the greater bargaining power?
