I would certainly say the majority of AMP advisers will be effected and join a class action of some sort and have a very strong case. I wonder why they didn’t negotiate with the advisers to reach an outcome that suits all, as opposed what will now come at them. They are just creating more drama for themselves. Also a lot of people forget AMP Bank relies on the valuations of these businesses who will be asked to leave and as a result now in negative equity territory.
