Easy to ask this question. How do you value you it at present. Due diligence would be a nightmare at present, a guess at best. The greatest asset (their reputation is in tatters) . They are likely to face sanctions not to mention the real chance that someone might stand up and prosecute the directors. I think this latter action is unlikely as they are in a very exclusive directors club where few seem to be held accountable.
At a very much lower price and when the sanctions are clear I might be party to a direct share purchase or be happy to be a holder in the offering company. For now I have sold. The task ahead for a new board and senior management is huge. I am not sure there are many in Australia capable of this challenge.
