With stocks like AMP the market depth gives us little clue into who is buying/selling.
Instos often pick up dribs and drabs during the day... todays steady price (given the FTSE fall) and huge volume indicates some instos want in.
Anyhow, we'll see in 2 weeks what the correct decision was today.
