There's no denying AMP hasn't been a great investment for those who bought 6+ months ago. Even the bulls won't deny that.
However, looking forward, I can see why shorters would be getting worried.
RC is over, no forced changes to vertical intergration from the report, De Ferrari starting to make his changes (eg management).. I think it's fair to say that there is a high probability that the worst is behind us, hence we should start to see the share price rise (with time).
One good announcement, and if shorts start to cover, the share price will really move higher and quickly IMO.
