Past decade of management failed care of AMP and shareholders.
Question for AMP is whether new management able to repair/replace deadwood, ensure focus is re-building share value.
Unlikely AMP will suddenly vanish IMHO value remains in AMP, though a decent take-over likely welcomed by many shareholders.
Figure base value has some others busy tweaking their numbers for an offer, usually helps if strike when pessimism the main sentiment.
IMHO need wait for new CEO to start then watch for changes.
