about 1,500 advisers were covered by amp bolr terms.
a rough average ongoing fee base for advisers was about $250,000
at 4 times this means amp would pay $1.5 billion under bolr to buy out all advisers.
AMP discounted the payment by 40% which gives you $600m AMP us notionally trying to save.
But not all advisers were discounted by 40% and not all sold or will sell or will be compensated. This is where my estimate $300m came from. Plus or minus $100m or so.
