Not really. For example it looks like Wainscott was merged into Invest Blue and no longer shows on the related body corp disclosures for AMP.
A few advisers from AMP told be that it seems interesting that Wainscott was owned by a former president and life member of the AMPFPA and then just before the BOLR changes, Wainscott gets bought into by AMPFP. Now, Wainscott has disapeared into Invest Blue.
There was a disclosure that Wainscott control went to AMP in May19 but I cannot see a disclosure that shows that Wainscott control has been removed from AMP (the disclosure was in the Full Year Finacnial Results published 13 02 2020).
I wonder why bought into Wainscott in May 2019 and then in August they announced that they would reduce BOLR? Surely, they could have saved some money if they'd waited??
Does anyone know why neither Wainscott or Invest Blue are disclosed as related body corps anywhere?
