Her focus on Mortgages is smart.
If Capital was sold 2-3 years ago, we would have had at least another $1B, however its done now and everyone from the Chairman to the cleaner know that they MUST fix Wealth with urgency.
Its trading at under Net Asset Value and with the amount of cash coming in the next 1-2 years, this price will seem stupidly rediculous, however its one of the most hated stocks on the ASX. This stock can jump up 50% in 3 months if the news is consistently good. In other words, when they provide evidence that Wealth has turned for good and profits will be secure and divis will be reinstated. These 3 things will provide the fuel for the rise.. until then, we are sitting on a dingy in the ocean with no paddles.
