The company doesn't see life insurance as a core business following divestment to Resolution life. Stands to reason they will divest China Life at some time. In any case they should do it before China swallows Taiwan. We saw what happened to companies that operated in Russia, after the invasion of Ukraine.Too many NATO and Pacific countries making rumblings against China's military aggression and will soon alienate China from tolerating Australian investment in their country.
