Sculleroo possibly knows exact date of remediation. It is around now. The court does not prevent public statements usually but the terms agreed in remediation usually do require confidentiality. That will be difficult in this case as there are hundreds of advisers to be paid if amp agrees to pay. And AMP will eventually have to disclose the cost to shareholders/the market.
