Different, amx was just starting its drill programs, a maiden resource of 1 Moz was delivered relatively quickly and the blue sky potential was promoted well.
The last two years resource growth has been slow and the blue sky is yet to deliver, when it does, well, the stock will be sought after, and who knows where it will get to. It hasn't helped with the fact that goldies across the board have been smashed the last couple of years, but I believe the sun will shine again, one day!.
I don't think the world is not going to like gold all of a sudden, it has been a measure of value for thousands of years. With grades declining and cash costs increasing, I would not expect to see prices below $1200/oz, and for all the Bears out there that don't see a value in gold, well I bet they wouldn't mind a kilo bar sitting under their bed!.
