Anyone who has had a cortisone or prp (Pleatelet Rich Plasma) inject right into a joint would know its not pleasant at all. I had a cortisone in my elbow recently (right in the funny bone), and I nearly hit the roof! Twice a week of that for 6 weeks? No thanks. Pretty sure thats why this method was decided against pretty early in the piece.
My understanding is that this wouldn't have to be into each joint though, they would probably go for the worst joint, and then as Zilosul progresses around the body via the bloodstream it would 'find' the other areas of inflammation anyway.
