Re your original question, I wasn't sure myself as I've heard conflicting views so I asked the Issuer who were kind enough to reply as follow:
"thank you for your e-mail. In accordance with ASX rules strikes for warrants
can only be change if there is no outstanding position in the warrant.
Regards,
Your CitiWarrants Team"
So now we all know.
