some good points here. I understand where you're coming from, you should join the next investor call. it's a solid outfit, solid product offering (I take your point about new products etc as opposed to supporting older generation models etc), they also seem to be market leading. I suppose your concern is if they don't focus on brand and customer first, there's a risk they lose their edge and customers look elsewhere. the apple codec is a big + for Atomos, but don't know how long they go without a competitor also offering the same (if they can successfully negotiate with apple).

there's a balance to be struck between maintaining quality and brand, customer loyalty etc and being a listed company and upping the numbers in the short term to keep investors happy,damaging brand etc.
