Calling it 5 th wave on a monthly /weekly chart is a long bow to draw considering the lack of data ... it could just as easily be a wave 1/2 given the deep retrace, but not having any data pre 2019 it is very difficult to tell . But i definitely would not call it a 5.

on a weekly time frame , it may be a wave a down back up into a wave b before falling into a wave c , but there is just not enough data to be confident in calling it.
