well institutions sell for many reasons, but for that cross trade to occur, one whale is buying from another (and if you look closely it was 5.5m and also 7.3m before market open). I take into account volume, particularly on break outs. my charting hasn't changed. short term hurdle of 1.16 before we can consider 1.19-1.27. We want to avoid going below 1.02 (and hopefully we avoid closing below 1.02).
