CS will offer them the average final close price at delist, some 10 days before the opening on the NASDAQ. That price will depend only on the market at the time. It should get close to the placement offer but as I have said here repeatedly, the local market will almost certainly not support a parity price. Only overseas buyers will be supporting at the end so there may be $5 or more gap depending on volume.
