Nice try by up-Starta but tying up a little of GTM's remaining cash won't distract GTM for long unless Strata is digging for more financial information via the court or testing if GTM still have banking arrangements. I'm sure Strata know GTM's position and are just trying to put another nail in the coffin but frankly GTM could onsell their rights in this case so Strata may well have their head chopped off.
My hint to Strata is to wait quietly and be freed by a liquidation or be very very nice to GTM otherwise gtm will take no prisoners when cashed up again as it is the easiest gold they can get. Silly petty fools and opens the door for GTM to ask the same bond of Strata who are hardly flush with cash as well.
