Hi guys
all good this week, looking forward to next week if our new pal Nicholas is on the money which he seems to be.
Just browsing the good old bbc website, thought this may amuse a few cynical pbiers like myself, a story that the NHS in the UK is wasting up to $750 million annually by either overprescribing or not using generic drugs.
The minister for health is quoted as saying, the government recognises the importance of getting the best value for money from the nhs.
Quite amusing considering they're not even fully funding the training centre at the Royal College in London, which, hmmm, may be the start of training people better to make fewer errors, work faster, and, umm, save taxpayers money.
You really do have to wonder sometimes!!
On a more serious note however, it's seriously mind blowing to think of the numbers involved in healthcare, now, what would be the combined population of the UK, China, India and Russia that the company is targeting as per the latest announcement?
30c, bargain!
As Tommy Lee would say, "let the good times roll!"
