Can only assume market thinks AMX is also at risk of litigious competitors in the USA, as per NEA. Unlikely as EV and AMX were close recently.
Maybe AMX is at risk that NEA may fight back against EV with a counterclaim regarding camera IP (or similar) and therefore drag AMX into the fray.
