So I assume that Taurus should be near 18-19%mark, we will see in coming few days if this is true.
Nonetheless, I think they will leave some room to acquire more as they deliberately push the sp up. What's the use if the sp stays where it is, they will never be able to average down to current level. I think they will at least look to bring the sp around their average level - so that (if any) takeover offer will be profitable.

But, is it just a coincidence that buy stack suddenly jumped from 200k to 2mil?
Are we going to see uptrend?
Or is this another fake run to collapse the sp soon after to acquire more?
