I can only see offer per share for any takeover because its big gold company looking to buy amx...it will be good offer because they cleraly announce they will shutdown discussion if the offer is low...I am not sure if we can compare amx with sgx that got taken over couple of years ago when pog was low but they got offer around $4 for similar resource..I would say they will definitely get good offer because big gold company can easily construct mine and make money out of it...current share price is gift imo.....2 to 3 months not too far and there are fair bit of chances that they announce offer...also they received number of interests...
