Just to set the record straight Kitto had 2 million options that had to be exercised before 30 june .
These options were in the money so he exercised them @0.40 and sold 1.2 million shares at market to fund these.
He therefore increased the selling pressure and marginally diluted existing shareholders.
He probably didn't have spare cash to purchase his whole entitlement.
