Yes I believe you're right..with the rebranding and starting again .( This 1 wasn't the 1st..) ..it's a sad state of affairs that things like this can exist ..and that some people are desperate/ gullible enough to fall prey..
Re the people who promote these things theres degrees of bad behaviour. eg the dudes who openly state that its a 100% a scam and still try their luck..to get in and out before scam busts ..(yes there are people that do that. Or try to .) Are giving bad financial advice ..but atleast they are telling peope its a scam straight out.
The scumbags who pretend it's legit and try to recruit people to get robbed ...( when they know it's a scam) are the lowest of the low.
