Have you ever managed to be civil to anybody that didn't agree with you?
As an example, a lot of people on the politics forum totally disagree with poster "Eagle888" but I don't think he or she is the recipient of the type of bile that you dish out purely for disagreeing.
Conversely Eagle888 doesn't agree with a lot of people either and again they are aren't the recipients of any real bile from him or her.
Why don't you take a leaf out of his or her book, plenty of people here don't agree with him/her but he/she sure gets a following and he/she gets a hearing.
