Well ironjack5, that does not help the disadvantaged Shareholders in MBN and Businesses should not work in that 'Vulture like' way which You mentioned per Your quote ='this is how business works'.

Far,far,better,would be for You and other Shareholders to 'phone Koda Mentha Phone 02 82573000 (as per a previous Announcement here), and remind Koda Mentha that the Nickel Price has been rising RAPIDLY during the last Two Months, thus, greatly improving the 'bottom line'of MBN,and that the following Suggestion re an Issue of Contributing Shares to MBN, which would be 'FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED', should be seriously considered for the restructure of MBN:-




"An Issue of, up to Two Year Contributing Shares, on a One for One Basis, at a Premium price, of say 3 Cents or so and, at 4 Cents or so if deferred by Six Months, and if any Contributing Shares lapse after the Two Years, they could be 'taken up' on by the original purchasers of the Contributing Shares on First Come first served basis of the Issue of Contributing Shares.

The above would be FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED, including Noteholders and ALL Shareholders.
