DD be careful of allegations though. MBN were never insolvent, they had cash, it was just that when the customer went walkabout, this then set in a series of defaults as i understand it.
This is generally what happens and as in the mBN case the directors prudently sought a suspension from trading so they would not be trading solvent because of the defaults. MBN has done the right thing all along and hats off to them Pity more other companies dont employ such sound practices.
