Candle management should implement an acquisition business model not dissimilar to that orchestrated by the previous management, it seemed to work for all concerned, value increased, sp increased, profits increased, and their was investor interest in the company.

Over the last year under new management we have enjoyed seeing quite the reverse, albeit revenue has increased, the sp has more than halved, profits down, temp placements down, expenses up, including seemingly high executive packages paid!

Reports out don’t seem to have excited anyone, their has been the typical previous management bashing! Extremely conservative reporting! Seemingly pessimistic outlooks reported and little excitement in those reports!

Not pursuing vigorously acquisitions in a market whereby one could pick up some bargains seems illogical! Since it worked previously, and the company can clearly afford it. I wonder whether they do not want to confuse the business with an acquisition as they are positioning it for sale?

I have been a solid investor in this company for years, and clearly annoyed with the company’s present position and present business plan, and its present mode of operation, I trust we might see some better commercial reporting and increased business activity soon!
