On page 21 of their last published report: "...should the Company be unable to raise additional funds as necessary, there is a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt as to whether the Company will continue as a going concern and realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business"...
...which sounds to me like an anticipatory defense for the now growing prospect of the value of the company going down to zero in the foreseeable future. Or in other words an attempt to avert panic-selling - but then it's already become almost impossible even to panic-sell because now there's virtually no bid! Cf:
