I'm dumb struck on how dumb this takeover is ... the entitlement is worthless and existing shareholders have lost 20% of the capital in the process. This company is "joke status" - they have a history of ramming their shareholders including being sued for poor management/disclosure.
The board should be sacked the existing sheholders.
