HB, many of us existing holders I feel are blindsided by the announcement. Nothing in any announcement or conversation in last 2 years even hinted at what has been thrown at us.
Now its a case of , take it or no future..
It is not the case presented to us when the shares were DOUBLE the price, and we were bringing n the heavy hitters with big salaries etc, and announcements of backpay from P & G, and nearly ready for BG launch, and new products at CES2020.
Thats what for me has me thinking, well it may be a good deal ( wont know unless I hear more info which I am sure will happen) but as us poor shareholders really are not in a position to fight, we will ream it up their you know what , as we can.
So the finders fee is more than we have in the bank... poooffft money gone to someone who was on the payroll already... And of course the question on a lot of peoples minds is "now we know why the price has been kept at these levels for 6 months" or the "new investors" would have to pay more and get LESS of the pie... e are the ones now with a smaller piece of the pie.
This is what sh@ts a lot of us long term holders off...we have lost a heap, and they will gain a heap, we may get crumbs compared to the returns these new people get..
A lot of people who funded the company through thick and thin, paid wages etc, and kept the faith , for years and years, even at 4.5c are underwater on their investment. So in the new company at 90c orginal shareholders are still losing whilst the new investors, reaping ALL the benefit of original shareholders time and lost money etc have trippled their money,,,
I hope this puts things in a little more perspective, I am not saying the deal will fail and we will lose more, its we are not rewarded for what we have put in, in fact we have been penalised.
