HEAR ME OUT BEFORE YOU ALL DUMP ON ME!

    A couple of context comments...
    1. My comments are from the perspective of "looking forward from today" and ignoring the pain we have all experienced in the last 2 years
    2. There are significant risks in EOS going forward!!

    But...

EOS' largest independent shareholder is it's major lender. I expect WHSP will now seek a couple of Board postions. I've seen this before. EOS is entering a phase of "managed administration" with WHSP firmly in control. EOS can breach a covenant or miss a payment, to WHSP, and the right to exercise EOS debt repayment obligations sits with WHSP AT IT'S ABSOLUTE DISCRETION!

Bear in mind that WHSP now knows "everything" about EOS; they have done a due diligence and likely had substantive discussions with stakeholders; Governments, customers (potential and prospective) and suitors.

From here, if WHS seeks to have it's loans repayed then the value of it's equity will evaporate!

This is now a game of poker where WHSP holds all the "picture cards"!
