WHSP is a very good company with a strong, well connected, board. Their investments have always been clever and well thought out. And,yes, I am a happy shareholder. It is a definate positive for them to be a major shareholder and ,hopefully, in due course, contribute on the Board. However, this financing deal is close to usurios. A desperate effort from an incompetent board.I am disappointed that WHSP would take advantage as, I am sure , they really don't want to take control if there is a default. We really need to see some projections from EOS to quantify this loan, equity give away and how interest will be serviced. They have a long history of military and scientific management who come and go. That's got us where we are today.
