I don't remember seeing this date in any correspondence. one of the posters said they read it.
jinan just had a shareholder meeting about a week and a half ago when they approved the annual report and a lot of other financing (mostly the annual credit limit renewals). they seem to have shareholder meeting a 4-8 week intervals. so I would guess it would more likely be end of May-June. I doubt they would have two shareholders meeting in a fortnight but a guess stranger things have happened.
