I would leave FMT alone now - they've not published anything derogatory since the suit was filed and have in fact published some fairly unbiased factual stuff... we need them onside in the post-TOL propaganda war
Actually best tactic is to announce case against FMT is dropped shortly before the SMSL suit on Thursday to up the ante and see if they buckle under the pressure - nailing SMSL is the real game.
